Review Conversation Results

Updated: May 8, 2026

Open Home in the sidebar and select a Perspective with conversations to reach Results. Use Results to review what participants submitted and what Perspective generated after conversations end.

The Results area appears after at least one conversation exists. If a conversation has no responses yet, Perspective sends you back to the invite flow.

Overview

The Overview tab summarizes the latest activity across the Perspective. It aggregates high-level response counts, completion counts, feedback values, credit usage when available, recent highlights, and summaries of recent conversations.

Use Overview when you need a quick read on whether the study has enough usable responses before opening deeper analysis.

Conversations

The Conversations tab lists collected conversations and refreshes automatically while new responses arrive. Each card can show:

  • Participant name or email when available
  • Conversation status and mode
  • Message count and channel indicators
  • Generated summary when available
  • Structured form data from Form Fields when fields are defined
  • Tags when tagging is enabled
  • Automation activity when per-conversation automations are enabled

Use Status filters to narrow the list. The available filters include Valid, Suspicious, Preview, Test, Simulated, Rejected, Abandoned, Partial, and Incomplete. By default, the results list focuses on normal, preview, simulated, partial, abandoned, and incomplete conversations instead of rejected or test records.

Use Tags filters when conversations have generated tags. Tags are useful for finding patterns such as qualified leads, strong objections, low-confidence responses, or notable quotes.

Conversation Detail

Open a conversation to inspect the full record. The detail view includes:

  • Participant identity, feedback, status, mode, duration, message count, and created date
  • Participant metadata from URL parameters or invite context when present
  • Channel details for Slack, WhatsApp, or phone conversations when present
  • Trust Assessment for ended conversations when available
  • Summary, Form Data, and Activity tabs
  • The full transcript in Conversation or Script view
  • Copy controls for summaries, field values, and transcript text

The transcript viewer supports message edits with edit reasons such as transcription fix, translation, clarification, privacy edit, correction, or manual edit. Editing a transcript resyncs the conversation to search so future analysis can use the updated content.

Analyze a Single Conversation

For ended non-preview conversations, use Analyze from a conversation card or the conversation detail page to start an analysis session scoped to that one conversation. This is useful when you want a close read, a summary for a specific account, or follow-up questions about one participant.

Preview conversations are visible in results for testing, but they are not supported in analysis sessions. For production analysis, use normal or simulated conversations.

Export Conversations

The Export Conversations page renders unlocked conversations as plain transcript text and provides a copy control for the combined export. It includes preview records and excludes locked conversations.

Use the export when you need a lightweight text copy for review, archiving, or external analysis. For structured downstream delivery, use Automations or Webhooks.
