Improved agent-ready card in your design session, plus new import and export guides

• The agent-ready card in the design session now shows the title and welcome message participants see when they open your link, plus the outline version that change produced. You see a new card each time your agent is generated or changed, so it is clear what you are about to share and which version you are looking at.
• New guides for importing and exporting conversations. They cover the file types and transcript formats we accept, the size limits, what lands in an export, and how to move conversations between agents or workspaces.

Fixed a small visual glitch in your agent's settings: focus outlines under Language, Voice & Tone, and Advanced were clipped at the edges. They now show in full.
