Quotes you can trust in analysis, a calmer chat view, steadier text conversations and a free hotel guide
Features
Hotel guest experience leaders can now get our free Hotel Leader's Guide to AI Guest Experience. It maps where AI is working in hotels today, nine moments in the stay where a conversation with your guests beats a survey, and a 90-day plan to prove the return.
Improvements
- In design and analysis sessions, the assistant's work now reads as one quiet line of what it's doing. Finished steps fold away, so the answer and any chart or insight stay front and center.
- Analysis sessions are easier to scan: each one is a single line with its title, time and conversation count.
- Not sure whether to reject a response or mark it as a test? The Conversation Results guide now explains what Reject, Mark as Test and Delete each do, what still counts afterward, and how to undo the first two.
- We removed Generate Infographic from the results page, because it could show findings participants never said. Magic Summary and analysis sessions are unchanged.
Fixes
- In analysis sessions, anything in quotation marks is now exactly what the participant said. Paraphrases appear without quotation marks and still link to the moment in the conversation.
- Text conversations no longer end early when the AI stumbles while closing the conversation or showing answer options. The conversation stays open until the required questions are asked.
- Magic Summary is now disabled until a study has at least one completed participant conversation, and explains why. If a summary fails for another reason, you'll see an error instead of the button quietly disappearing.
- After database maintenance, Perspective now reconnects on its own within about 30 seconds, so sign-in, agents and conversations come back without waiting on us.
- The Slack card in Settings → Integrations now describes what Perspective actually does in your Slack workspace.
