• Participants can now take part in a conversation through AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT. For conversations open to anyone with the link, they can share the conversation URL with their assistant. The assistant picks up the conversation, answers what it knows, and asks them about anything it doesn't. Your team sees the conversation in your workspace, labeled with the assistant that took part. • In Conversations, open a recent conversation beside the list. Use the arrow keys to move through conversations while keeping the transcript, Summary, Form Data, and Trust Assessment in view.

Sensei, our AI conversation quality coach, found these problems by reviewing completed conversations and production signals.

• Quotes in a few conversation summaries still ran together with visible \n text. They now appear on separate lines, including in summaries already saved in that format.
• New summaries for unnamed participants now use a name given during the conversation when available, or “the participant,” instead of opening with “Anonymous.”

• On the welcome screen, pressing a letter key no longer opens a missing workspace page.
• If a Live (Beta) phone call cannot be marked complete, it now stays connected so the agent can try again instead of ending with an unfinished conversation.

Updated underlying dependencies to address known security issues.
