Connect your WhatsApp Business account to Perspective and attach files during voice conversations

- Your Perspective agents can now use your own WhatsApp Business number instead of Perspective's shared number. Connect your Meta account in workspace settings and choose the number. Connecting it does not disable the WhatsApp Business app, so you can continue using the app on that number. Participants see your business throughout the conversation, from the first message through every reply. Learn how to set up WhatsApp.
- Participants can now attach files during live voice conversations without leaving the call. Each file stays with the transcript for you to open later, and the agent acknowledges receiving it without reading its contents.
Fixes
- A previous WhatsApp conversation tied to a deleted agent no longer blocks someone from starting a newly invited conversation. Replies to the old conversation now explain that there is no active conversation instead of returning a generic error.
- The assistant in Design now reliably finds existing conversations when you ask it to review them, instead of incorrectly saying that none exist.
