Refined AI tool cards, faster dashboards, credits visible to all

• Redesigned AI tool calls to look more consistent. Generating outline, classifying research, generating a greeting, evaluating an outline, saving an automation, picking a Slack channel: every action now flows through one consistent card with crisp loading, success, error, and stopped states, expandable details, and inline actions that keep the next step one click away.
• Results and Interviews dashboards load noticeably faster, especially on busy workspaces.
• Workspace credit status is now visible to everyone with access to the workspace, not just admins. The plan label and credit chip sit side by side in the workspace switcher, with clear "Checking credits" and "Credits unavailable" fallbacks so the chip never silently disappears mid-load.
• Refreshed the webhooks guide and automation recipes to match the product as it actually works today: the real event names, the real payload shape, the custom auth header model, idempotency keys, retry behavior, and the trust-score filter gotcha that silently excludes abandoned interviews.

Entry redirects on the Try Concierge page now preserve every query parameter, even when they contain encoded characters.
