Its Outset integration sends finished Outset reports into Dovetail in one direction. Perspective AI runs the interviews itself, by voice or chat over web, email, SMS, Slack, WhatsApp or phone, and asks follow-up questions the way a researcher would.

Do I have to tag transcripts in Perspective AI?

No. Perspective AI summarizes and tags each conversation from its content when it ends, so there is no taxonomy to create or maintain. To dig deeper, ask a question in plain language across all your conversations. Perspective answers with quotes, charts or tables and links each point to the conversation it came from. Save any answer as a highlight or page to share it.

As many as you like. Every Perspective AI plan includes unlimited seats, including the free plan, so product, sales, support and leadership can all open the results.
