Sign-in codes last 10 minutes, plus fixes for edge cases with voice calls, chats, and captured answers

Improvements

Sign-in codes now stay valid for 10 minutes, giving delayed emails more time to arrive.

Found by Sensei

Sensei, our AI conversation quality coach, found these problems by reviewing completed conversations and production signals.

  • Fixed cases where a Live call stayed connected after the participant closed the tab and continued using voice minutes.
  • Fixed cases where opening the same voice conversation in two browser tabs left two agents speaking at once.
  • Live conversations now offer a retry when the agent fails to start speaking. Conversations that allow text also switch to typing after repeated microphone timeouts.
  • Fixed cases where switching from text to Live voice made the agent answer its own question instead of waiting for the participant.
  • Fixed cases where Live transcripts grouped several answers ahead of their questions.
  • Fixed cases where a finished reply in Design or Analysis chat left the loading indicator running.
  • Participants now get a Retry option sooner when a text reply stalls before it starts. Their typed answer stays on screen.
  • Fixed cases where resending an answer or switching from voice to text caused an error instead of the next reply.
  • Fixed duplicate goodbyes at the end of conversations and repeated questions after a participant gave their name.
  • Fixed repeated requests for a participant's full name when their account already provided it.
  • Fixed cases where conversations marked complete after inactivity skipped actions such as sending their data to your system.
  • Fixed reminder links starting a new conversation when opened in another browser or device.
  • Fixed cases where Form Data counted example brands supplied by the agent as brands the participant named on their own.
