Pro workspaces can now buy extra credits without changing plans, and purchased credits last longer

Running low on credits on Pro? You can now buy extra credits without moving up a tier. Select Add credits in Plan & Billing or on a locked conversation, and the new credits unlock your conversations right away. Credits you buy carry over from month to month.

If your workspace pays by invoice, your plan, credit balance, and invoices now show in Plan & Billing.

• Your plan's monthly credits are now used before credits you bought, so purchased credits are no longer spent while monthly ones go unused and expire.
• If a payment for a credit purchase fails, the unpaid invoice is now canceled, so it can't be charged later without credits being added.
