Run Live conversations on Gemini 3.8 Live with 30 voices, plus fixes for sign-in, setup, and completion ratings

• Workspaces using Live can now choose Gemini 3.8 Live or Gemini 3.8 Live Extended Thinking in Settings > Models for browser and phone conversations.
• Preview and choose from 30 Gemini voices in your agent's Language & Voice settings. Gemini calls use Gemini voices, replacing incompatible saved voices with one of the same gender.
