Use Claude Haiku 5.5 for text interviews, run statistical analysis, and copy Tag Manager embed tags, plus conversation fixes

Features

  • Analysis sessions can now calculate correlations, significance tests, and confidence intervals from conversation data. Calculation cards show the code and results when available.
  • Track when a visitor sends their first message in an embedded conversation through Google Tag Manager.

Improvements

  • Copy a ready-to-use Google Tag Manager tag from the Embed panel in Send or Invite Participants, with your conversation's settings filled in.
  • Claude Haiku 5.5 replaces Haiku 4.5 for text interviews. Existing Haiku selections update automatically.
  • The analysis model picker now lists Gemini 3.8 Flash instead of Gemini 3.5 Flash. Sessions using the retired Gemini 3 Pro Preview automatically use Gemini 3.1 Pro.

Found by Sensei

Sensei, our AI conversation quality coach, found these problems by reviewing completed conversations and production signals.

  • If the opening message fails to load, participants now have a "Try again" button in their language.
  • Fixed cases where a temporary loading failure made an existing conversation, page, or workspace appear missing.
  • The reply box hint now stays in the conversation's language.
  • Switching from text to voice keeps the opening question the participant already answered.
  • New summaries and analysis include unanswered tap-to-answer questions instead of treating them as blank messages.
  • Live voice calls wait longer before ending when a goodbye pauses mid-sentence.
  • Calls using external voices wait for goodbye audio and ignore late audio from interrupted replies.
  • Participant reminder emails can continue when a send to another address fails.

Fixes

  • Uploaded files and links to Perspective pages show inline previews again, including in embedded conversations. Published pages and highlights can be embedded again.
  • Fixed playback for older uploaded audio recordings.
  • Plain iframe embeds now offer a Continue button when a completion redirect targets a Perspective page that cannot open inside the frame.
  • Allow and Cancel work before the connection page finishes loading when linking an AI assistant. Connection errors show a message instead of downloading a file.
  • Links to missing analysis sessions now show a Not Found page instead of an error screen.
