Choose Live's delegation model and thinking level, and avoid setup loops after sign-in

Features

Choose whether Live (Beta) favors quick replies or deeper thinking. Workspace owners and admins can now pick the delegation model that handles thinking and actions behind Live's replies, then move the Thinking slider toward speed or depth in Settings → Models. Existing workspaces keep the same fast default until you change it.

Improvements

  • See how long a conversation has been running right on its Activity card. A live indicator and simpler layout make the participant, message count, and final status easier to scan.
  • Want to answer aloud? The voice button now says Speak beside Type, so people can spot the right option.

Found by Sensei

Sensei, our AI conversation quality coach, found these problems by reviewing conversations and production signals.

  • When an agent ends a text, Slack, or WhatsApp conversation with a decision such as "not a fit," the Qualified field in Form Data now follows that decision even if the conversation has not finished saving.
  • Getting started before signing in no longer traps you in a setup loop. Your conversation can now be linked to your account when you sign in. If setup still cannot finish from that conversation, you get a clear way to continue or start again. Setup links from the Perspective connector also prompt you to sign in with the connected account first.
  • Some longer conversations that went quiet were incorrectly marked partial. They can now be marked complete or abandoned when appropriate.

Fixes

  • Switching between Realtime and Live in workspace settings no longer breaks a voice conversation someone already has open. Their next call or reconnect uses the current choice and carries the conversation so far with it.
  • Starting a Live voice call while a typed reply is still arriving no longer lets both replies overwrite or reorder the conversation.
