Sensei, our AI conversation quality coach, caught a silent failure, plus WhatsApp fixes

Sensei is our AI conversation quality coach. It reviews real conversations and production signals to catch failures. This time, it found a participant who returned to a conversation completed due to inactivity, answered the agent's last question, and got silence. Sensei traced the failure and gave us the evidence to fix it. Participants can now pick up where they left off after the system completes a conversation due to inactivity, while deliberately completed conversations stay completed.

• If Meta takes longer to finish connecting your WhatsApp Business number, Perspective now retries instead of leaving setup stuck. If the number cannot be used, workspace settings tell you why and let you choose another or go back to Perspective's number.
• The assistant in Design no longer repeatedly fails valid updates to titles, branding, and other agent settings.
