Faster onboarding, clearer credit unlocks, and fixes found by Sensei

• Finishing the welcome conversation or joining a workspace now takes you straight into your workspace when the closing card ends.
• When work is locked after your workspace runs out of credits, Add credits now shows exactly how many you need before checkout. Packages and tiers that cannot unlock everything are clearly flagged, so you do not buy credits and wonder why your conversations or design sessions are still locked.
• After the assistant in Design builds your outline, it now explains what participants will experience and offers one focused set of next steps matched to where you are. You can keep adjusting, try the conversation, choose what happens after completion, reach participants, or set up follow-ups without guessing what to ask next.
• You can now pull the sidebar open or closed by dragging its edge. A quick flick works like a drawer, and the width you chose is still there the next time you open it.
• Participants who try a different background can now spot the scene you chose as the default and return to it in one tap, on desktop or mobile.

Sensei continuously coaches our agents toward mastery by reviewing real conversations and production signals. It caught every issue below and gave us the evidence to fix each one.

• Choice fields now stay ready for reporting and routing. When a participant answers a fixed-choice field, completed conversations record one of the options you defined instead of free-form prose. Unanswered fields remain empty.
• Conversation transcripts now keep the order in which people actually spoke, even when a participant's device clock is out of sync. Summaries and analysis no longer see an agent reply before the answer that prompted it.
• Voice conversations now stay in the selected language, answer directly without narrating ordinary next steps, and stay in character after a quiet moment. They also wait when someone answers in text and can still wrap up after a silence reminder.
