Ask Perspective from any page, plus a text fallback when a microphone won't start

You can now ask us a question from any page on this site. A conversation opens in the corner, so questions about pricing, features, or whether Perspective fits your use case get answered on the spot instead of becoming a form and a wait.

A participant whose microphone can't start, because there isn't one, another app is using it, or the operating system blocks it, used to land on a raw browser error with nothing to do but close it. They now get a clear explanation in their own language and a Switch to Text button, so the conversation carries on in writing instead of ending there. The same fallback covers a microphone that drops mid-conversation, which used to show a misleading connection error.
