Perspective agents got better at running conversations, and a fix now reflects the correct credit balance after a plan purchase
Improvements
Perspective agents got better at running conversations. Each one now follows an established method for the kind of conversation it is having, instead of general advice. Concretely: a discovery conversation now asks what people actually did instead of what they think they would do, a survey explains a question in its own words when someone does not follow it, and an agent making a case gets to it as soon as it hears a real concern. New agents get all of this automatically. Existing agents pick it up too, but their own saved guidelines still take priority, so ask Perspective to update the outline once to bring an older agent fully in line, which matters most for an Advocate built around a fixed order of stages.
Fixes
- Taking a conversation that requires participants to sign in no longer signs you out of Perspective. Trying out your own conversation used to mean signing out of the Perspective dashboard first, or opening a private window to work around it. Now the conversation signs you in on its own and leaves your dashboard session alone.
- Your credit balance now updates the moment it changes, everywhere it appears: the workspace switcher in the sidebar and the credit usage report. A page left open while credits were bought or used kept showing the old numbers, so a purchase could look like it never arrived.
- Changing your plan on another device no longer leaves the page showing your old plan next to your new balance.
