Tap your answer in a voice conversation, and just ask for the accent you want
Features
Voice conversations now put closed questions on screen. When your agent asks a participant to pick from a list, give a rating, or answer yes or no, the options appear as tappable buttons while the call keeps going. Participants can tap an answer or still say it out loud, whichever is easier. A rating or one option out of six is exactly the kind of short answer that gets misheard when spoken, so making it a tap means fewer participants stall partway through.
Improvements
Ask for an accent in a design session and Perspective now handles it end to end. Say "make the voice Australian" and it points you to English, where those voices live, explains what pinning the conversation language means for your participants, and confirms before it changes anything.
Security
Hardened data handling to keep participant details private.
