A new canvas to edit, run, and review every automation, plus a dated Insights timeline
Features
- The workspace Automations page used to show summary cards, and changing most settings meant asking the design agent in chat. Now, click any automation on that page to open its canvas. There you can see its full details, status, and errors, then directly edit its instructions, conversation filters, schedule, recipients, delivery destination, or participant email content. Participant emails include a preview, while webhooks show what information they send. You can understand, update, and troubleshoot an automation without leaving the Automations page.
- Scheduled automations previously started only at their set time, so checking a new setup could mean waiting until the next day or week. Now, Run now starts the automation immediately without moving its next scheduled time. You can verify a recent change while it is still fresh or start time-sensitive work as soon as you need it. Previous or Active Runs shows whether each run completed, was skipped, or failed, and opens any conversation or Insights it produced, so you can investigate problems without hunting for the result elsewhere.
Improvements
- Insights are now a timeline, not a flat feed. Workspace Insights and each agent's Highlights and Pages were previously long lists of cards. They now join Updates in a dated timeline grouped under Today, Yesterday, and older dates. The current date stays visible as you scroll, and compact search and filters leave more room for the results themselves.
- Analysis Sessions, Results, and workspace Insights previously opened their content in different sidebars. They now share the same canvas and editing tools, with sources, citations, and exports close at hand, so you can review the evidence or make changes without learning a different workflow on each page.
