Browse templates by team, drill in by outcome, plus voice transcript fixes

• The template gallery is now organized by team, and four new teams join the lineup: Customer Experience, Digital, Rev Ops, and People & HR. Pick your team and land on templates curated for the work you do.
• Template browse pages now take you deeper instead of sideways. A team's page (take Marketing) groups its templates by the business outcome you're chasing, an industry's page by the job to be done, with tiles up top that jump straight into each group. Other teams and categories moved to the bottom of the page, still one click away.

Saved transcripts of voice and phone conversations now match what was actually said. When a participant talked over the agent, the saved transcript could show that exchange out of order, and the agent's "are you still there?" reminder could be recorded twice. Both are stored correctly now.
