New Conversation Mode: on-screen questions with spoken answers, no AI voice required
Features
You can now choose the Conversation Mode for voice conversations. Live conversation, the default, stays a real-time call: the agent asks its questions out loud and participants talk back. The new On-screen questions, spoken answers mode mutes the agent: its questions appear as written messages while participants still answer by talking. Choose it when none of the available voices or accents fits your audience, or when participants should read each question at their own pace. You keep the speed and richness of answers in their own words, without putting an AI voice in front of them. Transcripts and answer recordings are captured the same way in both modes, and phone calls are always live. The setting lives under Voice & Tone, and you can also just ask the design agent to switch it. Learn more.
