Instant interview restarts, plus a clearer credit usage breakdown

- Starting a new interview is now instant, with a plus icon. Handy for demoing or documenting a conversation, or restarting one during a support call, without an extra confirmation step in the way.
- Credit usage now shows a single clear bar broken down by session type, instead of per-row percentages, and no longer says credits are needed when your balance already covers it.
