- Voice and phone conversations listen more sharply. Spoken email addresses, phone numbers, and other letter-and-number details come through more accurately, pauses and background noise are handled more gracefully, and the agent responds more naturally when you jump in mid-sentence, so participants can just talk the way they would to a person.
- Choosing how a conversation looks is simpler: the appearance menu now offers a two-way Light and Dark switch that opens already matching the theme you're seeing, whether that comes from your device or the page hosting the conversation. Pick the other mode to override it; pick back and the conversation follows its default again. The separate System option is gone.
