A refreshed, more immersive conversation experience and a more dependable docs assistant
Features
Conversations have a refreshed, more immersive look. Participants now answer on a clean, focused card, with theme and appearance controls that keep the whole experience on-brand. We are also starting to roll out background scenes you can set behind your conversations. A conversation that feels considered, not like a form, is one more people stay in to finish.
Improvements
- On the interactive question panel in your conversations, rating and scale questions now fit the screen instead of scrolling sideways. On smaller displays the options wrap onto multiple rows, so every choice stays easy to read and tap.
- While the AI designs your Outline, its progress card now shows a live timer so you can see it is actively working, matching every other tool.
- The profile menu in your dashboard sidebar is easier to spot, with a small indicator showing it opens a menu, and Settings now sits in a consistent place above your profile.
Fixes
- The Ask Perspective assistant in our docs is more dependable: it answers your question directly instead of pointing you elsewhere, no longer stalls on a slow lookup, and never surfaces raw internal error text. Off-topic questions get a brief, friendly redirect instead of a long apology.
- Workspaces created from names with accents or non-Latin characters now get clean, readable URLs instead of strings of dashes.
- The sign-up dialog on the concierge demo now reads consistently: the title and every button say "Sign up" instead of mixing in "Sign in".
