Phone conversations feel more natural, plus team access fixes

Improvements

  • Phone calls flow better at topic transitions. The AI now jumps in with a quick acknowledgment while it puts together a full reply, which should reduce long silences.
  • The AI now handles phone calls and text chats differently. On phone, it skips questions that don't translate well to voice, like asking you to spell your email, and uses your phone number from the call itself.
  • Speakerphone calls are smoother. The AI no longer mistakes its own voice for you trying to interrupt, so it stops cutting itself off mid-sentence.

Fixes

  • Your dashboard now shows what actually happened on each phone call. You can tell whether the person hung up after wrapping up, went to voicemail, didn't answer, or hit a busy signal, instead of every call looking the same.
  • Teammates whose email contained capital letters could be locked out of perspectives they should have access to. That's fixed. Owners of older perspectives can also reliably access their own work.
